Services Provided

Zena Safety offers online counselling services for women aged 18+. All sessions are delivered by qualified professionals. We are not an emergency or crisis service.

Booking & Payments

• Appointments must be booked in advance.
• Payments are processed securely via our website.
• Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice for a full refund.

Payment & Insurance Information

Zena Safety is a private-pay practice. We do not work with or accept medical insurance at this time.

All sessions are offered on a self-pay (cash basis), and payments are made securely via our website prior to each session or package.

This allows us to provide affordable, flexible, and confidential support without the limitations that often come with insurance-based care.

Confidentiality

All counselling sessions are confidential. Exceptions apply if:

• There is a risk of harm to you or others
• There is a legal obligation to disclose

We also do not prescribe any medication, for that, please contact a healthcare provider.
